Giriraj Singh apologises in Parliament, house begins work

It's taken 49 minutes of Parliament time, but BJP MP Giriraj Singh has finally apologised in the house in Congress President Sonia Gandhi's presence.

Singh stood before the house and said, "I had no intention to insult anyone. If anyone was hurt by my remarks, I apologise.'

This is the second time he has apologised after he made the remarks against Sonia Gandhi.
