Reacting strongly to Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi's speech at the kisan rally at Ramlila grounds in New Delhi, Communications Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said, "Did the Congress introspect at all? And even if they did, they couldn't come up with a new speech?"
