Delhi Police file chargesheet in corporate espionage case

The Delhi police Crime Branch filed a chargesheet in the Petroleum Ministry corporate espionage case. The chargesheet names 13 accused and the court has fixed April 20 for taking its cognizance. Sources said the chargesheet mentions how some documents were fraudulently taken out from the ministries and sold to alleged energy consultants who in turn sold it to the corporate houses. As per the petroleum ministry's declaration eight of the sold documents were classified.
