Sourav Ganguly on rumours that he may be picked to be the next India coach: "Haven't spoken to anyone, didn't speak to Mr Dalmiya. Let's stick to that. Don't jump the gun, let's stick to that:

Amid reports that former India captain Ganguly could be the national team's next coach, Ganguly met BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya two days ago and had "informal talks".

The BCCI has begun its search for Duncan Fletcher's replacement and Ganguly is one of the front-runners for the job.

BCCI's Working Committee will meet on April 26 to discuss on the appointment of new coach. Fletcher's tenure as India coach ended with the World Cup 2015.
