Capitol Hill on lockdown after shots fired

Capitol Hill in Washington, DC was on lockdown. Lt. Kimberly Schneider, a spokesman for the US Capitol Police, said the incident took place on the West Front of the building. She said the shooter has been neutralized but that the building has been locked down as a precautionary measure.
