7 killed in plane crash while returning from NCAA tournament

A county sheriff is confirming that seven people have died in a small plane crash in central Illinois while returning home from the NCAA basketball tournament in Indianapolis.

McClean County Sheriff Jon Sandage says the county coroner pronounced all seven occupants dead. Their identities were being withheld pending notification of family.
