Fabindia in trouble again, salesman at Kolhapur outlet arrested for filming woman in trial room

CNN-IBN reports: Trouble seems to be brewing for Fabindia as a salesman at Kolhapur outlet has been arrested for allegedly taking video of a woman while she was in the changing room.

According to the CCTV footage accessed, the accused was clearly seen crouching near the trail room.

The woman's husband has said that his wife spotted the staffer filming her from the reflection in the mirror of the trail room. He has alleged that when they confronted the accused, he tried to hide his phone and the store staff did not try to apprehend the accused. The staff even urged them to not file a complaint.

Fabindia is finding itself in a tough spot as a case was filed against it by Human Resources Development Minister Smriti Irani over the placing of the camera outside the trial room at its store in Candolim, Goa.
