Modi cabinet likely to be rejigged on April 8

According to highly sources, next week might witness a possible union cabinet shuffle.

The shuffle is likely to take place on April 8, and will be hot on the heels of the party's two day National Executive meet that is set to take place on April 3 and 4.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with BJP party president Amit Shah spent three hours with few top leaders to assess the performances of some union ministers.

Part of the criteria for keep individuals on ministerial berths is that they be under the age of 75, sources added.
