New Indian middle class does not want to go back to poverty: Modi

PM Modi @ CFR: The Indian people have voted for stability and have laid the foundation towards the path of development. We are emphasizing on e-governance & development, on platform of world & at the same time for the poor people of my nation. There is a 'new middle class' in our country, one which has just come out of poverty and does not want to go back. If we don't pay attention to the new middle class, then people in poverty won't be encouraged to come out of their situation.
