Harbhajan, Mohanlal to promote Kochi half marathon

Cricketer Harbhajan Singh and Malayalam actor Mohanlal will be the brand ambassadors of the second edition of Kochi Half Marathon, to be held on December 7.

Speaking at the function to announce their names, Harbhajan said he was happy to be part of the event. "I will be running with Kochi-ites. Let's make Kochi healthy."

Mohanlal, who continues to be the brand ambassador this year also, said the 2014 edition would see around 30,000 athletes participating and the half marathon would catapult Kochi to the international marathon map.

Online and physical registration for the half marathon will open on October 1.
