Congress today accused BJP of trying to avoid elections in Delhi, saying Prime Minister Narendra Modi's popularity graph was "declining" and the saffron party was afraid that "Modi magic" may not work anymore.

"The magic of Narendra Modi has evaporated. There is now fear among BJP and this is why they want to avoid elections in Delhi.
