JU sudents carry out protest march to Raj Bhavan

Students and others from all walks of life began their march to the Governor's Bungalow today to protest the police action against students at Jadavpur University on Tuesday. Thousands carrying placards and chanting slogans began their march from Nandan and will march to the Governor's home. Students will be meeting with the governor today at 5 pm to demand the removal of the university's vice-chancellor and a fresh probe into the molestation of the woman student last month.
