Chinese president Xi is already running behind schedule. His dinner with the PM under the Swiss tents at the Sabarmati waterfront was supposed to begin at 6:35 pm. His flight to Delhi is an hour later and he lands in the capital at around 9:30 pm. Here's what's on the menu.
