Pistorius's lawyer Barry Roux argues that the athlete's bail should be continued. Pistorius sits passively, reports the Telegraph.

Roux says that Pistorius was previously on bail for a very serious charge of premeditated murder and did not attempt flight. Roux argues that there is therefore no reason not to continue to his bail.

Judge Masipa asks Barry Roux where the accused is staying at the moment? Barry Roux says he is staying with his uncle.

The state is trying to establish that since Pistorius has sold three properties there is nothing to hold him back.
