PM sends 80 lakh SMSes to teachers, students on Teachers' Day

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today sent SMSes to 80 lakh teachers and students wishing them on Teacher's Day. In his message, Modi praised the tireless efforts of teachers in spreading knowledge for generations.

Meanwhile, the PMO has received about 11 lakh email addresses from the HRD ministry for the PM to send out messages to teachers and students.
