On the fourth day of Narendra Modi's visit to Tokyo today, the PM reiterated the "Come, Make In India" call he first made in his Independence Day speech.
He told a packed house at the Nikkei stock exchange, "Please come and manufacture in India. We will ensure you face a red carpet, not red tape." Yesterday, Japan pledged US$ 350 billion towards defence, strategic and business projects in India.
