So, what it basically means is that the Supreme Court has given the Lt Gov time till November 11 to decide whether Delhi should have fresh elections. LG Najeeb Jung had said he would explore possibilities of govt formation and consult all parties.

The SC said it took Jung's decision to consult all party heads as a positive step.

The SC also said that there could be a minority govt with an outside support of a political outfit. "Let us wait for sometime," the court told AAP.
