2nd SIT report on black money on Dec 3

Just in: SIT on black money to submit its second report to Supreme Court by December 3: Justice M B Shah tells PTI. The first report is due by the end of November and will focus on 220 individuals whose names are on the list of a total of 627. The SIT will also release an email id where anyone can give information on black money defaulters. The panel will meet today to work out details of its inquiry.
