SC rejects Nithari killer Surinder Koli's review plea

The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected the review plea of death row convict Surinder Koli in one of the Nithari murder cases. Earlier, on September 12, the Apex court had put a stay order on execution of Koli, who was to be hanged that very day. Koli, lodged in a jail in Ghaziabad, has been sentenced to death for the brutal killing of 14-year-old girl Rimpa Halder.
