Arvind Kejriwal on Delhi govt formation: "If they (BJP) have even a little shame they should hold fresh elections in Delhi. People in Delhi are troubled by electricity and water problems and we had eased that, thats why BJP is scared. If BJP had even an ounce of confidence they would have held fresh elections in the last five months."
