SC tells the Centre that it will not change even a word of its earlier order. What has basically got the SC upset is the government's decision to make public names of only those people against whom there is a prosecutable case in connection with tax evasion through offshore accounts.

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said on Monday, amid the Congress asking for disclosure of all names of black money holders, that he would disclose only those names against whom the govt has prosecutable evidence.
