NDA allies not invited for Modi's Diwali dinner
October 24, 2014  17:21
CNN-IBN reports:  Prime Minister Narendra Modi has not invited any one of the National Democratic Alliance constituents to the Diwali dinner which will be hosted by him on Saturday, say sources.

Invite for the dinner has been sent out only to the parliamentarians in the NDA camp. This implicates that Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray would not be present at the dinner.

His party MP Anant Geete, however, is likely to attend the dinner. Apart from the MPs, BJP chief Amit Shah will be there at the special dinner.
