Secret report that got babu transferred

On the basis of a top secret report from an investigating agency, the Prime Minister Office has abruptly moved an Additional Secretary to the government. The two-page report contained details of the Additional Secretary's involvement in rendering possible assistance to the kin of a senior Union Minister in the UPA regime to play the stock market. The PMO is also keen to refer this issue to the CBI for a preliminary enquiry.
