A case has been registered against those waving ISIS flags, says Jammu and Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah. He adds that till now no terror links have been found, but an inquiry will reveal the details.

A protester had been seen waving the flag of the terrorist organisation Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) last week after Eid prayers. In July too, ISIS flags had been seen in the Valley.

Speaking to reporters in Delhi on October 14, Omar had said, "You have to understand that no ISIS group has been identified so far in the Valley. The flag... was waved by some idiots, which does not mean that ISIS has any presence in Kashmir. Unfortunately, some channels have tried to make an issue out of this and drag me into this as if we are not doing anything about it."
