Party spokesperson Shobha Oza made a major boo boo in an interview to a TV channel today, when she said, he was in Delhi.

In fact, the INC had tweeted that the Congress VP was in Vizag to meet Hudhud victims.

Oza conceded that anti-incumbency is one of the major reasons for the defeat in the Assembly Polls.

She said Rahul Gandhi was their leader and they would bounce back.
