As the two important states of Maharashtra and Haryana began voting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi used his favourite platform -- Twitter -- to send out a message.

"Urging the people of Haryana & Maharashtra to go out & cast their votes. Youngsters must show the way & ensure record turnout," the PM tweeted this morning.
