'Tharoor shoudl immediately end praising Modi'

Soornad Rajashekeran, Congress party member, in a release issued in Thiruvananthapuram last Monday had pointed out that even though the party champions freedom of expression, Tharoor should immediately end praising Modi because many of Tharoor's statements go against the party's overall interest.

All Tharoor did to earn this rebuke was that after PM Modi invited him to join the Clean India campaign, Tharoor had tweeted saying was 'honoured to accept the invitation of PM @narendramodi to join Clean India campaign".
