Facebook's Zuckerberg to meet Modi today

Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg, who will begin his two-day visit to India today, is also expected to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

His visit comes three months (July, 2014) after the visit of Sheryl Sandberg, chief operating officer of the social networking giant, to the country, which is the second biggest market for Facebook.

Young billionaire Zuckerberg will be the third high profile honcho of a US-based tech firm, after Satya Nadella of Microsoft and Jeff Bezos of Amazon, to visit India in the last couple of weeks.

Zuckerberg will be in Delhi today to attend the two-day-long Internet.org Summit (October 9-10) that aims to make Internet access affordable for people those who do not have it globally.
