On 1st day of Parliament a new menu for MPs

On the first day of the winter session of Parliament, MPs trooping out of the adjourned houses and into the famous canteen were welcomed with a new menu card on the tables. The card which looks staid (see picture) may have got a new look and feel, but the price remain cheap -- Upma for Rs 8, Mosambi juice for Rs 14 and a chicken biryan for just Rs 51. Waiters have been told to serve hot meals and stick to the menu. Bon Appetit.
