The Supreme Court directs the CBI chief 'not to interfere in the 2G probe'.
The court also said that prima facie it appears that there is credibility in the allegations leveled against Ranjit Sinha. 

The entry logbook at his residence showed that Sinha frequently met accused persons involved in the 2G scam at his residence even as the CBI was investigating and prosecuting them.

With just a few days left for retirement, the CBI Director had on Monday, urged the SC to direct the disclosure of the identity of the whistleblower who leaked the visitors' register maintained at his residence.
