Sena, Cong MLAs heckle Maharashtra governor over voice vote

Legislators from the opposition Congress and Shiv Sena surrounded Maharashtra Governor C. Vidyasagar Rao as he tried to enter the Assembly.They were raising slogans against the newly-elected Speaker Haribhau Bagde for holding a voice vote in the floor test sought by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.Calling the Devendra Fadnavis government "illegitimate", the agitating MLAs cried foul over the newly-elected Speaker's decision and demanded that the voting be done again.
