Iran announces new long-range radar system

Iran's semi-official Fars news agency is reporting the country has inaugurated a new long-range radar system capable of detecting small drones and ballistic missiles.

The report says the system, dubbed as Sepehr or Sky, has a range of more than 2,500 kilometers or 1,550 miles.
