Mohammad Yousuf Bhat, who is the Ganderbal Congress candidate in Jammu and Kashmir, writes his daughters names under the column for liabilities in his affidavit as he files his nomination.

Asked to explain, Bhat says unmarried daughters are a liability to their fathers. "They are a burden on me," he says.
