November 06, 2014 09:06
CNN-IBN reports: Soon after former finance minister and senior Congress leader P
Chidambaram's son Karti criticised the party high command for lack of
autonomy, senior leader Digvijaya Singh lashed out at him suggesting
that he should leave the party if he was not happy with it.
Without naming Karti, he said, "We are an inclusive party. Those who disagree with this idea can leave the party."
Speaking to CNN-IBN, Karti had expressed apprehensions about
the functioning of the great old party specially its unit in Tamil
Nadu. He had demanded more autonomy for the Tamil Nadu Congress.
