Congress MLA Praniti Shinde calls MIM anti-national

Congress MLA and daughter of Sushilkumar Shinde, Praniti Shinde has kicked up a controversy by calling the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen-- which opened its accountby winning two seats -- anti-national and seeking a ban on it. "If any party speaks against the country, tries to create a divide between the two communities, calls for the country to be divided, then it is automatically anti-national," said Praniti, adding that this applied to the MIM or any other party which toed this line.
