Won't hand over Hafiz Saeed till the courts find him guilty: Pak

IBNLIVE reports:Hours after the bilateral talks between the Prime Ministers of India and Pakistan Narendra Modi and Nawaz Sharif, Pakistan has made it clear that it won't hand over 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed to India yet. This even as Modi conveyed to Sharif India's concerns on cross border terrorism and the 26/11 trial.

But Pakistan senate and close Nawaz Sharif aide Tariq Azeem Khan said, "As far as Hafiz Saeed is concerned, we are not going to hand over anybody that India likes us to hand over.

"If a person has to be tried, he will be tried in Pakistan, he was tried last time and he was let go by the court because there was not enough evidence against him," he said
