RBI governor Raghuram Rajan to meet new finance minister Arun Jaitley today. Noted economist Jagdish Bhagwati has advised Narendra Modi to retain Rajan, who is an UPA appointee.

The other big meeting today: Narendra Modi's meeting with Nawaz Sharif is at 1 pm. Sharif visited the Red Fort and Jama Masjid this morning.
