Will it rain at Modi's swearing-in?

Will it be a wet swearing-in ceremony for Narendra Modi today? It will at least be cooler. Delhi woke up to a temperature of 21.4 degree Celsius, six notches below normal. According to the MeT department, 12.6 mm rainfall was recorded in the city from 8:30 am yesterday till 8.30 am today. The humidity level recorded in the morning till 8.30 am was 57 per cent. "It may get partly cloudy in the later half of day and thundery conditions may prevail in some areas," said the weatherman. The maximum temperature is expected to rise to 38 degree Celsius.
