Well, we know that Rajnath Singh is likely to be the new home minister, Arun Jaitley may get finance, Sushma Reddy could go to MEA and Ravi Shankar Prasad may get I&B, law and telecom.

Among the others, speculation has been intense if former BJP chief and first-time Lok Sabha MP, Nitin Gadkari, will get any portfolio in Narendra Modi's Cabinet, and we can say that yes, he will be a Union minister, in charge of ports and surface transport.

Gadkari, who defeated the Congress's veteran MP, Vilas Muttemwar, from Nagpur, last held a ministerial position in the Shiv Sena-BJP government in Maharashtra in 1995-99. He was in charge of PWD, and is widely credited with getting the Pune Expressway done as well as improving the lot of Maharashtra's highways.
