So, why is IGI Air Traffic Control busy collating data of six VVIPs who use private aircraft? The jury is still out on whether this is an exercise to pin down a few individuals or whether it's a regular security drill, since senior officials of the Delhi airport remain tight-lipped. Whether the data will be used during Parliament debates remains to be seen.
