Now that Nitish Kumar has stepped down as Bihar chief minister and got the man he wanted to replace him, what's his game plan?

It is learn that Nitish is keen to enter the Rajya Sabha, where he will project himself as a Modi-baiter.

This, he feels, will strengthen his anti-BJP stance in Bihar, and is a prelude to the state assembly elections due there in 2015.

There will be three vacancies to the Rajya Sabha from Bihar as its members Ram Vilas Paswan, Rajiv Pratap Rudy and Ram Kripal Yadav have just been elected to the Lok Sabha. What's the bet one of these vacancies will be filled by Nitish Kumar?
