The news in New Delhi is all about the swearing-in of the second NDA government on Monday at 6 pm, and the corridors of power are agog over who from the Congress will attend Narendra Modi's finest hour yet.

It is said that Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi may not attend the swearing-in ceremony, but party president Sonia Gandhi will do as a convention.
