NDTV reports: As the jockeying for key posts intensifies ahead of the formation of the new government, Narendra Modi reportedly told several MPs not to lobby for key berths.

Modi on Sunday reportedly ticked off a delegation of BJP MPs from Karnataka, led by BS Yeddyurappa and Ananth Kumar that they should stop angling for ministries and instead work to strengthen the party in their state.

This morning Goa CM Manohar Parrikar, Smirit Irani, who lost to Rahul Gandhi in Amethi, and BJP's ally in Punjab Parkash Singh Badal met Modi.
