Abu Hamza found guilty of terror charges in US court

Radical Muslim cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri has been found guilty of supporting terrorism by an American court. He was accused of conspiring to aid organisations like al-Qaeda.

Prosecutors at the court in New York said Hamza - who was tried as Mustafa Kamel Mustafa - assisted the kidnappers of 16 tourists in Yemen in 1998 and attempted to build a terrorist training camp in Oregon. Hamza denied supporting terrorism.
