Alliance with JD-U? Lalu keep his options open

Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad tells Times NOW: I have had no talks with Nitish or the Janata Dal-United. Let the time comes and will take a decision then. I'm keeping a check on political developments in Bihar.

Television channels reported earlier in the day that Nitish Kumar, who quit as Bihar CM yesterday, had called up Lalu. JD-U chief Sharad Yadav had hinted that the party is open to an alliance with the RJD.
