Jayalalithaa has called a meeting of top AIADMK leaders on Wednesday to discuss the post poll situation in the wake of exit poll predictions about BJP-led NDA coming to power with a comfortable majority in the recently held Lok Sabha elections.

AIADMK sources said that if Narendra Modi becomes PM, Jayalalithaa would like to have close ties with the BJP. "They are good friends though they may differ politically," party sources said.

According to reports, the AIADMK chief is keeping all options on joining the Third Front or supporting the Modi government open at the moment and has decided to wait till the counting of votes on May 16.
