Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh has written to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh asking him to withdraw the services of BVR Subrahmanyam, joint secretary in the Prime Minister's Office, as the latter has stayed away from the home cadre for the past 10 years.
