4 power cuts in 4 hours leave Varanasi voters fuming

‎Vicky Nanjappa @ Varanasi: Barely four hours into polling, Varanasi has already witnessed four unscheduled power cuts.

"This is really disgusting." says Geeta, a voter at the Mahavir Mandir polling booth.

"Whoever wins should address this issue. All through the day Varanasi witnesses at least 8 to 10 power cuts and worse, all these are unscheduled."
