Mullaperiyar dam row: SC gives relief to Tamil Nadu

The Supreme Court has quashes the law passed by Kerala assembly on Mullaperiyar dam. The water level can be raised to 142 m in the Kerala-based dam, says the apex court in relief for Tamil Nadu.

The apex court has also appointed a three-member committee to supervise the safety of the Mullaperiyar dam.
