Modi to campaign in Rahul's Amethi today

CNN IBN: On the last day of campaigning for the eight phase of the Lok Sabha elections, parties are leaving no stone unturned to garner as many votes. Out of the 64 constituencies that will go to polls on May 7, Amethi will be one of the keenly watched seats.

Amethi is witnessing a triangular battle with Rahul Gandhi, BJP's Smriti Irani and AAP's Kumar Vishwas in the fray. The constituency has been a patrimonial seat of the Gandhi family and Congress President Sonia Gandhi's daughter Priyanka has been campaigning aggressively for the last few days. BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi will address a mega rally in Amethi to buttress the chances of Smriti Irani. It will be his first rally in the Gandhi bastion.
